Cook Motorsports Announces 2006 Plans

Cook Motorsports is happy to announce that we will be returning to the "NEW" Altamont Motorsports Park for the 2006 racing Season. With the off season announcements that Altamont will be managed by a group from Riverside Motorsports Park and the announcement the track will once again be a NASCAR sanctioned track, the decision was easy. Not only is there these two bright spots but we have been informed that over 1 million dollars has been budgeted for improvements at this facility.

We will be racing in the NASCAR Weekly Racing Series presented by Dodge and plan to focus primarily on the Late Model this year. We plan to not only run for the track championship but for the NASCAR Regional Points as well. This will mean you will probably see the car at Stockton or Madera a few times this year also.

As for the 98 Spec Motor Modified. Don't be surprised to see Glen or maybe even a few new (or old) faces in the car from race to race this season. We look forward to seeing all of you come out and support your favorite teams at the "NEW" Altamont Motorsports Park in 2006.
